Sense wins at House of Commons

Sense has secured a place on the quantity surveying framework for the House of Commons. The framework will provide services across the parliamentary estate that includes the Palace of Westminster, Portcullis House and Millbank House.
The estate comprises over 2,500,000 square feet of space and is occupied by 659 MPs, 750 Peers, 1,700 House of Commons staff and 475 House of Lords staff. The parliamentary estate directorate is developing a 25-year estate programme of work that will incorporate refurbishment, conservation work, M&E services enhancements and new build work. The annual spend on the programme is expected to be in excess of £60m.
