Role: Director

Nick is a director of Sense Cost Consultancy and has a wide range of experience across a variety of sectors in the industry.

Over recent years, Nick has focused on commercial office projects for both end user and developer clients. He is currently the director responsible for the commercial team on an 870,000ft2 office development for British Land. This prestigious project was the result of the successful completion of Plantation Place, an 870,000ft2 office development on which Nick led the commercial team. Other clients in this sector include UBS, Morgan Stanley, Bank of America, ICI, L'Oreal, Lehman Brothers and Merrill Lynch.

Nick also has considerable experience in the specialist data centre market where he works alongside Ian Blakeman and the engineering services team. Over the last 12 months he has been involved in data hall projects with a combined net area in excess of 500,000ft2, from feasibility study through to full service delivery.

Nick prides himself on the long standing relationships he has with his clients where initial commissions have led to further projects, demonstrating the consistently high quality service delivered by Nick and his team.
