Information

MSeven has successfully delivered MEP services on the Stansted airport arrivals extension, a nine-month project valued at £11.35m.

This contract covered the entire range of MEP services to the 11,000 square metre terminal extension. Systems included hot and cold smoke extract, ventilation, fire detection and protection, heating, cooling and a full suite of electrical systems derived from a new HV substation.

In addition MSeven supplied and installed a 2MW biomass boiler which ultimately served the entire terminal and assisted towards making the extension project ‘carbon neutral'.

Works included both airside and landside operations and continued liaison with the client team has ensured good relations have been maintained throughout the project.
