Como has taken on a new build on Wimbledon High Street from a developer CAT A fit out to form new offices for 480 Sutton & Merton Primary Care Trust staff.

The fit out consists of six floors and basement area, incorporating a new dedicated comms room and supplementing this will be satellite rooms on each floor. In addition the project involves the re-configuration of the mechanical fan coil units, power and lighting. This is to accommodate new meeting rooms, offices with glass fronts.

The works also involve the forming new break out areas, tea point areas and photocopying facilities. The majority of the floor space will be open plan, with Como coordinating all IT and furniture installation.
The main ground floor reception is being developed to also include post and information distribution and a greeting area.

Works are being undertaken within a mixed use (including residential) block so Como's good neighbour policy will be essential.
