Information

Following mergers in their organisation, Nationwide required more office space in the head office in Swindon to accommodate staff. Como was appointed to fit out the ground, first and second levels with the directive to ensure phased occupancy.

The works comprised several infrastructure changes including a lighting systems and HVAC alterations to accommodate the new space plan, the installation of a RFID pilot access control system together with under floor power and data and the construction of a new comms room.

New service areas, meeting rooms, VC rooms and break out areas were included in the scope of works.
