Information

In February 2009, Como was appointed on our first commission in Birmingham to complete a 120,000 square foot fit out for global accountancy giant KPMG at One Snowhill.

The works encompass the fit out of levels 7 to 11 and the ground floor reception from shell and core to Cat B. This fast track fit out is due for completion in October with five sectional completions taking place over the 30 week construction period as well as an early handover of the comms room.

Designed by MCM Architecture, the project incorporates several interesting features and high spec finishes particularly in the ground floor reception, auditorium and private dining areas. Also included in the works is a canteen, break out area and a fully functioning kitchen on level 10, which will also supply the private dining areas on level 11.
