Como's regular breakfasts have become a popular industry event; the latest "Ask the client" format featured a panel of tenant occupiers that have worked with Como. Representatives from JP Morgan, BT and Deutsche Bank formed the panel and took questions from a number of leading consultant companies in the industry.
One attendee from a top project management firm said: "This was an excellent breakfast briefing. These are now firmly on the calendar as valuable networking and educational events - much better value than some of the other regular industry events."
The people on the panel answered questions on the expectations they have of consultants and how they see the market developing in the future, as well as the value of e-bidding, the importance of cost versus team, one stop solutions, procurement in large organisations and how to offer value in the current market.
In attendance were representatives from Turner and Townsend, Davis Langdon, The British Library, Knight Frank, TP Bennett, Sergo, Land Securities and TTSP.
