The use of an ISO9001:2000 accredited management system which successfully incorporates in KPI reporting, ‘in progress’ inspections, quality benchmarks and mock-ups is key to ensuring that we deliver a "no surprises - zero defect" product to our clients.

Our approach is backed by some of the best systems and procedures for the management of construction projects and by the extensive international quality management experience and knowledge base through cross fertilization with other Mace Group brands.
These systems and procedures have been purpose developed in-house to ensure that we offer clients a consistency of service across all of their projects. The systems are robust yet flexible to ensure they can be tailored to suit a clients particular needs.

Furthermore the Como management system incorporates a systematic ESH of zero tolerance so that all parties within the process can demonstrate full compliance with legislative standards / requirements. The risk management approach to ESH is now part of the quality management process ensuring that project risk registers are utilised to identify, review and manage any form of risk within the project.
Como Group is now looking to supplement its ISO9001 accreditation with ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, which will allow us to demonstrate our commitment to reducing impact on the local and global environment.
