We delivered the construction of the Stockwell Park Crescent Development comprising 11 townhouses in South London for BMB Developments in 2006. The Design & Build contract was negotiated with BMB Developments through their SPV "Stockwell Park LLP". The project programme has a 16 week pre-construction period, followed by a 56 week construction period.
During the pre-construction period, we undertook a number of optioneering appraisals by reviewing the most efficient structure, considering traditional brick & blockwork, timber frame, lightweight steel gauge and composite panelised cladding systems.
This project was another opportunity to demonstrate our experience in "MMC" (Modern Methods of Construction) and the value these methods can add in achieving the optimum project delivery solution for the client.
The show home was delivered in May 2006, with completion of the overall scheme achieved in Summer 2006.
