Prasa and Bogaris are developing a real estate complex on a prime development site in Constanta, Romania. The project comprises approximately 310,000m2 of residential development and 30,000m2 of hotel and commercial space, as well as a 40,000m2 shopping and leisure centre. For this 2600 year old city, the project represents a significant development in residential and retail facilities.
Mace is supplying project management, construction management and cost management services for the development for a client requires who requires a tight control of cost, time and design compliance with defined objectives.
The Mace team is comprised of a mixed international/local team that brings both, international expertise and local knowledge of regulatory requirements.
Project scope also includes local Certified Engineer Quality approval (Diriginte de Santier), as per Romanian regulation.
