This project required Mace to complete the construction of two logistics centres situated in the Henares corridor near Madrid for client Concerto. The Mace team was responsible for the technical review of the execution, scheduling for the implementation, recruiting management personnel and the acquisition of permits and licenses from local authorities.

The project involved two sites, the first in Alcala de Henares (9,000 m2), the second, situated in Azuqueca spans 19,000 m2. Total budget for the project was 9,500,000 euros.
