Mace completed its first French project in Clichy, Paris at the end of 2006. Working for the client AXA Investment and other private investors, Mace project managed the new build Holiday Inn just outside the Paris Périphérique (ring road).

Mace was appointed by client AXA Investment to project manage the delivery of a new Holiday Inn hotel in Paris. Opened in December 2006, the hotel comprises 275 guest rooms over seven levels and in two wings There are also three parking levels, a restaurant and meeting and conference rooms. Meticulously designed by architects Valode et Pistre, the executive suites at the top of the hotel boast impressive panoramic views of Paris.

Holiday Inn is one of six brands under the umbrella company InterContinental Hotel Group. It boasts an impressive portfolio of 1,393 hotels with 260,308 rooms in total. With 264 further developments pending, Mace is keen to build on this relationship.
