Mace is the project manager on the Phase 2B Starwood Aloft Hotel of the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre, a 400 room hotel on top of the concourse of the new exhibition centre, currently under construction.

Building work has begun on Phase 2B Starwood Aloft Hotel of the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC) in the Abu Dhabi, the UAE capital city. The project will see a new 3 star 400 room hotel built on top of the concourse of the new exhibition centre.

"Aloft" is a boutique hotel chain combining modern, high-end design from David Rockwell Group with sophisticated combination of service, features and atmosphere. These hotels are aimed at modern business travellers, and as such are a good fit for a major exhibition venue such as ADNEC. In addition to the 400 guestrooms, the hotel will house a wedding hall, a selection of restaurants, bars and meeting rooms to serve the exhibition guests and the capital, in addition to an open swimming pool, gymnasium and spa.

The hotel will be one of the first Aloft Hotels outside the USA and Mace is very proud to be associated with this exciting roll out.

About ADNEC Phase 2
ADNEC Phase 2B forms part of a major £1bn redevelopment of the existing Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre and the area that surrounds it. Besides the Starwood Aloft, Mace is also involved as project managers on the adjacent 5 star Hyatt hotel, the "City Gate" iconic tower and the Phase 2 exhibition halls.
