Sense appointed on two new campus projects

17/02/2010
Following the successful completion of a £22m science campus for Cambridge Regional College in 2009, Sense has secured two new campus projects with the same client, which is working in partnership with Cambridgeshire County Council.
The new £3m Centre for Applied Learning, Society Health and Development Diploma will be constructed on the Addenbrookes Biomedical campus.
The £2.6m SmartLife low carbon centre will provide a purpose built facility for the delivery of training programmes on the use of modern methods of construction, an initiative in which Mace Group has been at the forefront. SmartLife is recognised nationally and internationally as an exemplar initiative. Sense has been appointed through a competition process on the OGC framework.
