Macro has been selected by the Rail Safety and Standards Board (RSSB) to provide facilities management services to its new corporate headquarters located in Angel, London.
The contract was awarded following a competitive tender process with Mace Macro mobilising the contract within a period of three weeks to provide reception, mailroom, hospitality, cleaning, internal planting, waste and maintenance services.
Macro developed a dynamic solution based on its independent supply chain model, which has raised the standard of service delivery and bought about a change in the perception of FM services at RSSB's new premises.
