With a presence in Spain dating back more than ten years, the Mace Group has grown to be one of the top project management companies with a team of approximately 100 professionals managing a project portfolio in excess of €400m. Mace in Spain has become a market leader in the shopping centre sector having delivered one in every three major shopping centres in the country. Our expertise in this area was recognised when the Spanish project management organisation (AEDIP) presented the team with the Best Project award in 2007 and again in 2009.
In addition to the retail market, the team has built up an unrivalled expertise in the residential sector and currently provides support and consultancy to a number of major Spanish developers including Colonial, Monthisa, Procam and ING Real Estate. In recent years the service offer has been expanded for additional sectors including public, industrial, hotel and leisure.
The team works with a number of prestigious Spanish and international clients such as ING Real Estate, Siemens, Port Aventure, Hines, Sonae Immobiliaria, Multi Development and the UK's foreign and commonwealth office.
With offices in Madrid, Barcelona and across the country, the Mace Group in Spain can provide a range of consultancy services including project management, construction management, due diligence and engineering. The team was recently apppointed by client Port Aventura to provide project and construction management for its multi-million investment across a range of hotel and leisure projects.
